5/5/2008 Soteria Signs Intelerad PACS Agreement Soteria Imaging Services is pleased to announce the signing of a new IntelePACS agreement with Intelerad Medical Systems.

4/23/2008 Richard G. Taylor Named Chief Financial Officer On April 23, 2008 Soteria Imaging Services welcomed Richard G. Taylor as Chief Financial Officer. Richard previously held the title of Senior Executive Consultant with Therigy, the healthcare industry's trusted source for information, resources, and advisory services on specialty pharmaceutical and high-cost therapies. He brings over 20 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles that focus on promoting increased revenues and profitability for companies through implementation of new policies and procedures, as well as effective tax strategies.
Prior to his work with Therigy, Richard served as CFO for Curascript, IP, CFO for Acton Enterprises, Inc., Controller for Kenmark Optical, and Senior Audit Manager with Coopers & Lybrand (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Richard is a resident of Louisville, Kentucky and a Western Kentucky University Alumni.

10/1/2007 Soteria Opens First Molecular Imaging Alliance Facility in Gray, Tennessee Soteria Imaging Services proudly announces the opening of the first Molecular Imaging Alliance facility in Gray, Tennessee. Molecular Imaging Alliance is among the few Positron Emision Tomography imaging facilities in the country to provide cardiac PET imaging using N-13 Ammonia as the radiopharmaceutical tracer. Molecular Imaging Alliance of Tennesee is partnered with Mountain States Health Alliance and UPPI.
5/25/2007 System Upgrade at Lafayette Open MRI Soteria Imaging is pleased to announce a system upgrade in Lafayette, Indiana.
The new AIRIS Elite will provide images that rival many high field magnets due to higher order active shim technology, faster gradients and sophisticated sequence capabilities. Overall, Lafayette hopes to deliver sharper images and improve their patient throughput.

5/15/2007 Joseph McDonough Announced as CEO of Soteria Imaging Services, LLC Soteria Imaging Services, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph J. McDonough as the company's new Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. McDonough has had extensive experience within the healthcare industry. His background includes positions such as Chairman, President, and CEO of Reliant Care of Norcross, GA. He also served as President and CEO of IRG/American Imaging Management. Mr. McDonough founded Mantis Corporation and held senior management positions with Home Nutritional Services, Pharmacy Corporation of America, and VHG Home Health, Inc. Following his tenure as Legislative Assistant to a member of the United States Senate, Mr. McDonough was named Regional Advocate to the US Small Business Administration. His selection caps a lengthy search process for the right individual to lead Soteria Imaging through its next phase of growth and development.
